Dear friends, welcome to a beautiful journey.

«SELFLOVE»
author’s technique, acrylics, gold, canvas, 2024.

To experience freedom it must begin within ourselves. And ourself starts with self-love.
Self-love is our emotional ATTITUDE towards ourselves. For many people this feeling of love towards themselves is, largely, CONDITIONED by:

  • - a sense of value relative to other people,

  • - perceived attractiveness,

  • - being seen as helpful by other people,

  • - Achievements that may impress other people,

  • - Status among peers, etc.” (c) Vasudev

What is self love for you?

«What awakens you?»
author’s technique, acrylics, silver, canvas, 2024.

Great question to keep asking yourself over time. Take a minute and think about what actually makes you feel alive, unstoppable, and unlimited. This is your energy. Remember it, and remember to observe and come back to this question with time. We are growing, and during different periods we might have different "awakening rituals.

«EXIT»
author’s technique, acrylics, canvas, 2023.

What is an exit? Does an exit actually exist?
Life is cyclical; there will always be a new entrance behind each exit. I painted this during a significant transition period in my life. I was searching for an exit and found it out of frame.

«NETFLIX»
author’s technique, acrylics, pastel, canvas, 2024.

I’ve payed homage to Netflix and captured freedom with bold strokes of reds, pinks, and yellows. This piece asks: Are you merely viewing your life, or are you living it freely?

«LIVES»
author’s technique, acrylics, charcoal, canvas, 2023.

Sometimes we can’t see the reasons why we intertwine.

«HAPPINESS»
author’s technique, acrylics, canvas, 2023.

What is Happiness for you? What makes you happy, really? Is it actually yours? When was the first time when you felt happy about that exact thing?

«DANCING FLOW»
author’s technique, acrylics, canvas, 2023.

What moves you?

«HUMAN & NATURE»
author’s technique, acrylics, canvas, 2023.

There is wisdom in nature. When we Notice it, it awakens possibilities within us. Nature transcends our tendencies to label and classify, to reduce and limit. The closer we can get to the natural world the sooner we start to realize we are not separate from it.

«PRINT»
author’s technique, acrylics, charcoal, canvas, 2023.

We all leave a mark or a print on the world in some way. What prints are you leaving behind?

«freedom of playing»
author’s technique, acrylics, pastel, canvas, 2023.

Creating this piece of art was a journey of starts and stops throughout the year. What I've learned from this experience is that sometimes, the most important step is simply to begin. The freedom to flow and create is always within you, waiting to be unleashed.

«CHAOS»
author’s technique, acrylics, canvas, 2023.

What emotions does the word “CHAOS” bring to you? Where do you see this word in your life?
This painting has two main layers –and only when scratched can you see the second.

“Sometimes disengaging is the best way to engage.”

«abundance = abAndoneD»
author’s technique, acrylics, canvas, 2024.

Abundance leads to choices of abandonment. For example, in creating this painting, I embraced numerous colors while setting aside others. Deepak Chopra defines true abundance as an experience where all our needs are effortlessly satisfied, and our desires naturally fulfilled. He suggests true abundance is felt as joy, health, happiness, and a profound sense of purpose and vitality in every moment of our existence.

With this in mind, should we let go of certain feelings that hinder our experience of abundance?
